Log #12 14-11-2012

The day after the festival of light. So much of a normal day till now. Coffee in the morning, Power cut.. blah..blah... Google yesterday has opened the booking of their Nexus 4 droids in Google Play and many tweeps have complained the poor booking service. Google Play - where Google plays with people.

A week ago, a friend of mine was installing Assassin's Creed : Revelations game in his laptop. I am not much of a game boy. Accidentally, I listened to the BGM of the installation setup and I had some sort of spark in my head. Unaware of what it was, I googled it and found that it was Woodkid's Iron. The song kinda had an impact on me than any others. The dark theme, the drums, the voice of Woodkid was just awesome.

Watched one of the anticipated movies of the year "Skyfall" with my friends. Adele title song was the "Best". I was searching for the music video all the time and finally found it in Vimeo.

Log #11 13-08-2012

Its been quite long since I had shared anything here, in my personal blog as I was kind of busy rebranding Infaround. Moreover its been hard to move on with the new class students. After messing with all these, I found some free time today at 12AM. You heard it right. I am hardly sleeping for 6hrs a day including the ones that I sleep during my college working hours too. Last weekend, I went to the much anticipated The Dark Knight Rises and I had to describe it only in one word- EPIC. Nolan proved again that he is the best.

Next morning, I downloaded the Soundtracks of TDKR and got fed up with all of them followed by The Dark Knight whose soundtrack didn't impress me much though. Before going for sleep at 11PM, I switched on TV to see whats happening and found its Batman Begins in a couple of minutes. As a result, spent the night sleepless. And today I downloaded the soundtracks of Batman Begins too and this one struck me a lot as if I can listen to it all day.

Loved it?

Nokia Sustainability Challenge Day #7

Summary:
Yesterday I was off to the green side of my city to create awareness among the people residing there and also got the rain water storage tank fixed. This is the final day for Nokia Sustainability Challenge. The seven days on Nokia Sustainability week went so fast. I can remember the first day when I planted a new plant with my 2 yr old niece.

Day #7 The Finale

I have informed you that I had switched to my laptop as the desktop PC consumes more power. Unfortunately, while rendering the video I think I had killed my laptop. I got this notification in my laptop and it got switched off automatically half an hour later and never turned on. I learnt later that I had to replace the battery with a new one to continue the project. I didn't mean to disappoint you as I had informed that I will show off the video today.

I will replace the battery as soon as possible and will continue the rendering and will upload the video in a couple of days. Meanwhile I didn't want to waste this day. Hence I designed a notice and took printouts and distributed to the people in our residential area. I hope it will make them aware of our environment.

I am really sorry guys. I tried my best to complete the video in time. However as I took an oath on the Day #1 itself to continue to work for the goodness of our Environment, I will update here every week how I am making our Environment more sustainable.

I had always wished to do something good for our Environment from my childhood and this Nokia Sustainability Challenge boosted me to begin my dream to save our environment. You can also do your part to save our Environment. You can join our group and organize campaign to create awareness. If you are interested to join, drop your wish below in the comments. I am always happy to hear from you.

Nokia Sustainability Challenge Day #6

Summary:
In the previous day, I have got the Incandescent light bulbs in my apartments replaced with CFL ones and also insisted on installation of solar panel to power the water pump to draw water. I went to the sub-urban regions of my city to do something good for our Environment.

Day #6 Going to the green side

If you are living in Chennai, you can hardly find any trees inside the city. I traveled to the sub-urban regions of my city Chennai where you can breathe fresh air and find people living in harmony with the Environment. But the condition has changed now as Urbanization has begun in those regions. The people sell their lands for money and the buyer just cuts away all the trees and projects a multi-storey building.

It would be effective if I could talk with the people of those region on their issues and why to stop cutting of trees. I jumped in to a train to go there. Below is a video I recorded during the journey. As you can see below, the place is so green. However you can also find uprising of new buildings and many trees disappeared.

This is heaven. One of the Eco destinations which is pollution free and you can breathe fresh air and feel the cool sea breeze.

I called the people over there and explained the need for trees to maintain our Environment sustainable. A few people understood my speech while many just left away. However I was satisfied that I made atleast around 10 people to realize the consequences of deforestation and also to protect the Environment.

Monsoon is coming :-) I got the rain water storage tank fixed before that. It is our sole duty to maintain the balance in our ecosystem and not to disturb it. A single plastic bottle can remain inside the soil for years and is non-degradable. Instead, one can recycle them for reuse or stop using them and go with eco-friendly ways.

The day went so fast as most of the time was spent in the journey itself. While I'm performing these tasks, the "Nokia Sustainability Project" I was creating is getting rendered in my laptop. I think I am almost going to kill  my laptop by giving it a massive task. Here is a image I have rendered for Nokia Sustainability Week :)

Tomorrow will the final day of Nokia Sustainability Challenge and I am hoping to do more better tomorrow. Stay tuned for Day #7

Nokia Sustainability Challenge Day #5

Summary:
Yesterday, Its one man show of me cleaning up a waste land into beautiful place. If you have missed it, you can check it out here. Today I raised up my voice in my apartments meeting to make it one of the best meets by giving my ideas on reducing the power usage.

Day #5 Raise your voice

In my apartment meeting today, I have given my opinions and ideas to reduce the power usage by a wide range of methods. There are 24 homes in our apartments and I raised up my voice against their acts and finally made it to save the energy usage and also did something green today.

First of all, I asked the secretary of our apartment to replace the Incandescent light bulbs with CFL ones. Though it is a bit costly compared to the Incandescent bulbs, the CFL reduces the power usage to a greater extent. He had agreed to do this and I replaced them immediately with the CFL :)

Say Hello to the new CFLs

I have found in Wikipedia that CFL consumes a power of 9-13 watts whereas Incandescent bulb consumes 40 watts for the same light output. There are totally 20 light mountings in our apartment. By replacing the incandescent ones with CFL, our apartment can save hundreds of watts of power.

I have also asked the secretary to install solar panels in the roof to power the water pump. Its green and also saves energy.

Day #5 has been short as I was preparing to get ready for tomorrow's adventure. Tomorrow I will be going off to the sub-urban part of Chennai creating awareness. So stay tuned for Day #6.

Here is an image that I found in a website which was really innovative and awesome:

Nokia Sustainability Challenge Day #4

Summary:
The previous day, I did my best part to make our Environment more sustainable by creating awareness through digital means by starting a new video project and also preferred eco-friendly cards and carried the ticket in my smartphone rather than taking print out. This is day #4 of Nokia Sustainability Challenge and this day was truly adventurous.

Day #4 Get into action

After the long journey that I have mentioned yesterday, I went to my cousin's home today. I never thought that this would be the beginning of today's sustainability challenge. There was an abandoned ground just at the back of his apartment and when I first saw that my face was *_* You will have the same expression when you see the below pics I took there.

Click on the image to view in full resolution

It was full of litter. The apartments had almost 25 individual families and none of them came forward before to clean this. This place had a few trees including a mango tree and many flower plants. I can just enjoy inside the home as I am anyway going back to my home the next day. Instead I can utilize this day to take up the challenge to make this place beautiful and plastics free. I cannot nudge my cousin as he was busy at this work. Hence, its one man army to clean up this place and its up to me.

While cleaning up the thrown away plastic bottles and dried leaves, I don't know its co-incidence but I found this smiley :| in a tree branch showing its expression on its current condition.

I hope this will change into :) in a few days after I clean up this place. Hours passed by as I got into this task. I collected the dried leaves and other degradable wastes and kept at one corner of the ground wall. Meanwhile, I deposited the plastic wastes into the garbage truck.

After hours of cleaning up, this place looked fabulous.

I think the birds were happy to see their home clean. They circled this place and finally stayed up in the tress after I completed this task.

Thus I have successfully managed to turn a garbage land into a beautiful place in Day #4. Many adventures are coming by in the upcoming days.

Nokia Sustainability Challenge Day #3

Summary:
I have taken up the Nokia Sustainability Challenge to do my part to make our Environment more sustainable. On the first day, I have planted some small plants with my 2 year old niece and also started a new group called "Go Green" and also a new blog called "Lets Go Green" to create awareness on sustainability of our Environment. On the second day, I created awareness among the people residing in nearby rural areas with "Go Green" shirt and also explained them the current condition of our Environment and measures that can be implemented to preserve them. This day is something special as I have almost spent the whole day to create a digital masterpiece video to create awareness online.

Click on the image to view in full resolution :-)

Day #3 Going Digital

A couple of months ago, I began working on a short documentary film called "2050" back in 2011 to show how our world will be in future if the current problem like Global Warming continues. Unfortunately, I have stopped the project as there were not enough resources. But I am still having the project files that I have created for 2050. I can create awareness among 100-200 in a day on the critical conditions of our fragile Environment. At the same time, a short documentary video created to show the sustainability of our Environment can be uploaded to YouTube and Vimeo and can hit around 1 million views in a few days thus creating more impact on people and also each share will have a much greater impact. Although the rendering time will be long if I use my laptop, I preferred it as it will consume comparatively lesser energy.

Below is a screenshot while taken during the making of "2050" back in 2011:

Lets skip "2050". Today, I opened the project file of "2050" and started to work on a new project called "Nokia Sustainability week" which shows the past, present conditions of our Environment and also visualize how our Earth would be in future if the present trend continues. The image that you can find at the beginning of the post is a snapshot of this new project. Time just flied as I sat in front of my laptop and got myself involved in this. After almost 5-6 hours of dedication, I completed making it but I haven't rendered it. The rendering will sure take at least 12-15 hours to complete. So I have to render this video tomorrow and then covert it to occupy less space and upload it later.

Though I'm just 18 years old, I have always wished to have my very own business card and I fulfilled this dream today and also did something good for the Environment. After designing the card content, while placing the order I found an option in moo.com(the manufacturer of the cards) through which I can get my cards manufactured fully from 100% recycled things while the Classic cards are made from wood pulp. Hence I opted for "Green Cards" option while placing the order. This shows that one can make something good for the Environment through any means though it is a small business card.

In my previous post, I have mentioned that the Rain Water Storage implemented in our apartment hasn't been properly maintained. My friend and I tried to fix it but it was too difficult. So We called the Professionals to do this task. Meanwhile I also mentioned that I will be going on a 5 hour long journey to a sub-urban region in my state. While reserving through the online Government site, a pop up just came up showing the below message:

This is a fantastic one. They have also mentioned that We can save upto 3 lakh papers a day if every passengers carries a digital copy instead of print out. Hence I transferred the e-ticket to my mobile rather than printing it. If everyone does this, We can save thousands of trees per day. New adventures waiting for me the next day :-)

Stay tuned to check out tomorrow. Go Green. Save Trees.

Nokia Sustainability Challenge Day #2

Today, My friend and I are set out into an adventure to the nearby rural areas to check out the ecosystem there and also to create awareness among those people.

Day #2 Creating Awareness

After taking up the Nokia Sustainability Challenge, this is day #2 featuring some of my efforts on making our Environment more sustainable. I started a blog called "Go Green" and also an open Facebook group "Go Green" to create more awareness among people. But that won't be enough to have a big impact. I want to make the people whoever I meet to become aware of the present condition of our environment. Hence I bought this shirt for me and my friend to create some awareness among people.

This morning my friend and I went on a ride to the nearby rural area to check out if the ecosystem is better there. But then We found that it was far worse than here. We came across a bridge where the river used to flourishing but now, its not but a dry land as you can see from the below picture.

The vast green farm lands turned out to none other than the dry crops. No words to explain.

Later, We went to the residents of that region and inquired them what was the reason for this condition and their reply was "There was no Rain which turned this once evergreen land into a waste land. Moreover the cost of the fertilizers were too high to afford". Later we realized that they were unaware of the methods of Rain Water Harvesting and also the organic fertilizers that can be used. Unfortunately, I haven't taken my laptop with me during this travel. I would have made it more easy for them to understand on these eco-friendly methods if I had carried my laptop.

Not much to worry though. I would give more effort in the upcoming days and prepare myself for more journeys to the rural areas to make the people more aware of our Environment. We will also be cleaning a big ground nearby our home this evening, collecting all the recyclable wastes found there and will be seeding more trees.

Rain Water Harvesting methods had already been implemented in our apartment, but it hasn't been maintained properly and almost all the preserved water was drained and became useless. Hence a couple of my friends and I are going to clean the tank below and make it functional as the monsoon will start in a month.

Yesterday, my niece and I have planted some small plants as I posted in Day #1. This evening after completing all the above tasks, I watered them with my niece and the plants seem quite happy.

And these are the things I have done today to make our Environment sustainable. As I mentioned above, I will be going on a 5 hour journey to a rural land and check out the things there. I will remember to carry my laptop with me :)

If you are interested in making our Environment more sustainable, you can join our Facebook group or even post on our blog

Nokia Sustainability Challenge Day #1

A couple of days ago, I came across a post in Nokia Connects titled "Nokia Sustainability Challenge" which was quite interesting. The challenge is to do something sustainable every day for seven days for the environment. I have taken up the challenge to do something good for the environment.

Day #1: Go Green

This is day 1 of the Nokia Sustainability Challenge and since I have holidays of around 20 days, I can do better and more unique to make the environment more sustainable. Around two weeks ago, I read the Nokia Sustainability Report on Nokia Conversations discussing the achievements of Nokia and the challenges that still Nokia needs to work on and much more. There are many news that made to be more eco-friendly. I found that an Indian Jadav “Molai” Payeng has been planting trees since his age of 16 and has been doing it for 33 years now making it to 1360 acre forest. Nokia had been making mobiles from bio-materials and recycled plastics of which some are Nokia 700, Asha 200, Asha 201.

I must do my part to make this environment a better place and if every person on this Earth does their part, there will be neither global warming nor extinction of any animals. A person planting one tree may sound so small but if each one around the globe plants this, We will have a greener Earth.

Earth is an unique planet on this Universe and none other planets discovered can sustain life. When NASA discovered an exoplanet called Gliese 581 g, every scientists' focus was there as they found the planet was in habitable zone just like Earth and predicted that it could host life. But later, they discovered that it was a dry land like any other one and cannot sustain life like our Earth. So, Why am I saying this? I want to make it serious that We all have only one home and it is our sole duty to do the best for our mother Earth so that our future generations can survive.

Doing my part to Environment:

I have decided to do my best part to our Environment not only for seven days but for the rest of the years. I always prefer to go by walk instead of riding a bike. I have switched to use my Laptop and turned off the desktop as the latter one consumes more power. Although the laptop may not be suitable for games, I chose to quit them. I am gonna replace normal lights with CFL ones. If you are living in India, You will be experiencing the fuel hike to a tremendous rate and although many alternate methods are available, People still rely on traditional ones. So my first action will be creating awareness among people on Environmental hazards and people may think it as a ridiculous one. Hence instead of being one, I am going to call my friends to join our group for this need. On the first day itself, the group has 55 members who are wishing to contribute for the goodness of our Environment. I have started a new blog where I will keep posting for creating awareness to protect our Environment. At least if a couple of people understands the current situation, that will change the whole destiny.

Before that, I will be planting a new tree everyday from today and also is having a special decoration that I am gonna make it with plants that I have seeded in a special manner today. I will update the progress of them everyday in my blog. My advice to readers is that "If you cannot plant a tree, atleast try to stop the one cutting a tree". Last month, my college organised "Go Green" program highlighting the hazards of deforestation and encouraging people to plant more trees. I taught my 2yr old niece to plant some plants this evening and she is loving it.

Everyday prior of checking my mails and social sites, I used to spend some time in 9GAG to have some humor and they do post some pics to create awareness and this below picture worth featuring here:

This is truly what we do actually. The digital era is here. Internet is the fastest means of communication. I want to finally say that if you cannot do any eco-friendly acts, You can atleast share this post or tweet to followers and this will have a greater influence.

Internet is fun on my mobile

I'm of the teen who is found on Internet 24*7 and my friends are always so jealous of me being online all day doing so much things. Who wouldn't anyway? I got my first internet when I was in my 10th grade. I actually connect my PC using my Nokia 6300 to connect to internet using Hutch carrier (now Vodafone). I was not aware of 3G or don't know I was using 2G network those days. I don't know Facebook, Twitter or any blogs. The last 3 years have been like I have evolved into a new Cyber guy. I started blogging using Blogger a year ago, now in Wordpress here. I started to surf the web and gain as much as I can and I consider it a real fun.

I cannot always carry my Desktop or laptop to be online or surf all time. Here comes my mobile which I use now as primary device to share everything. Life is so fun with internet. I can take a picture and share it instantly with my friends on Facebook. Its so easy and fast.

A couple of days ago, my friend came to my home to write records and I took a snap and instantly shared on Facebook right from my Lumia 800 and got tons of comments. Its so much fun. To be honest, Joy is only when shared.

A year ago, me and my friends had planned to prank our school teachers and infact beaten them. LOL.. I was the guy taking the video and uploaded right away from my mobile..ROFL... Those moments were unforgettable. Below is my Chemistry sir when we trying to remove his blanket :D
No comments on this please.

I got aware of Foursquare and used to check in wherever I was going from my mobile to share my location with my friends. With mobile internet, I can chat with my friends on Facebook all the time and there is no restrictions at all.

There is so much fun using internet from mobile to share everything with friends. This post is my entry for Indiblogger's "Internet is Fun" contest by Vodafone. I love it. Wish me luck to win :-)

My Nokia Story

Everyone is aware that Nokia had posted a long update from their Nokia fans a while ago, and now its time for the Nokia fans to post their Nokia Story to get it on Nokia Timeline. So here is my Nokia Story...

As far I can remember I was in my 3 or 4 grade I don't remember exactly and at that time, Pager was the popular means of communication. And one day, I saw the principal of my school carrying an odd thing rather than the pager. It was a mobile phone and everyone was mouth watering :D It kinda looked every big and he was taking out the antenna out often while speaking.

Days went by, I saw a 1100 and was always playing snakes in it which was the popular one of that time like the Dave in PCs. It was so fun those days. And after a few days my dad bought a Nokia 6020 and I admit that it was the first camera phone I've seen in my life. I was taking pics all time without knowing that its memory was around 3MB. Evertime I see the pop out that No memory, I used to delete the preinstalled games, themes and the GIF files in it too.

After then I got my hands on my first coolest phone Nokia 6300. It was just awesome, sleek and had an outstanding design. I was unaware of internet and only played games in it and used to transfer music from my old desktop. After my friend informed me that I can connect to Internet using it, I was on cloud nine.

Every weekend, I used to connect Internet using the Nokia 6300 as modem in my PC and it has around some 48kbps I don't remember exactly. My cousin had a Nokia E90 communicator which was pretty cool too yet big. My brother in law got his Nokia 5800XM on the early days and still uses it. It came with TV out and when I heard it was having 8GB memory card, I was like *_*

After months of waiting, I got my first touch smartphone Nokia X6 and its the best of all I've used. Not even a single scratch or anything after a couple of year usage and it still keeps up. I got my internet connection and was wandering over in Orkut and Facebook and randomly found a site called "WomWorld/Nokia". I got interested in it and actually signed up in Twitter to communicate with them.

I got a Nokia E6 from them and loved it a lot. Though it was a two weeks trial, You can get the most of it. I started a blog through Blogger and started posting on Technology. From then, I got more interested and came out to be a guy who will be online 24*7 and replies his tweet in 5 minutes.

I posted the things that I found cool about Nokia in my post Whats Special about Nokia? and got a thanks from Nokia too. So cool of them. This relationship with Nokia continued all way. I got Nokia N9 for trial from Nokia Connects (WomWorld/Nokia) and I thought how far Nokia had reached from a brick sized mobile to a most beautiful smartphone of all time.

That's not all. I got greetings for New Year with a cracker from Mala at Nokia Connects. It was #NCXAMS and it was another cool stuff we had it over the year end. I switched my blog to wordpress and my first featured post was none other than Whats Special about Nokia? #2

And thats how I became a Nokia fan and I wish this relationship with Nokia will continue in all walks of my life. Thank you Nokia :-)

Log #9 13-04-2012

Beginning with a wishes to all my readers in Tamil Nadu a "Happy Tamil New Year", This is log #9 featuring some of the worst things happened during my travel to my hometown last night. You may keep a name for this log post as "A series of unfortunate events". Its Friday 13th and I don't really believe in luck or fate.

I was home alone for last three days. After getting back from College Hell yesterday evening, I logged in my laptop and did the usual stuff. My mom called and asked me to pack up my things to go to my hometown. I was unable to get out from my computer and thanks to TamilNadu Electricity Board, the power cut made me to pack my stuff. I carried my laptop also with me and my entertainment things for the 5hr long journey was my X6.

I later went to the Bus Terminal at 8PM and the place was like the whole population of the city was concentrated in the terminal itself. It was also traffucked (My new invention: Traffic+Fucked) Waiting.. Waiting and Waiting.. I was tired. Grabbed a 7up and completed it all way. Atlast spotted the bus to my hometown. It was worse than the bus terminal. I was made to stand for the whole journey. All those were standing just slept on the floor and foot board itself. It was kinda *Argh* to me. Its 12.30 AM. And all of sudden, We heard a burst and it was the rear wheel Tyre.

The fucking people were still sleeping. I got down with four and five others and took a view at them. After that, the bus driver stopped the buses passing by and transferred some of the passengers who are going nearby. But I was 100kms away. The driver had the guts to drive that bus very slowly and we reached the Bus Terminal at Pondicherry and it took an hour to replace them. After that, Only 20 were in the bus and I still got no traces of sleep.

And finally I reached my hometown at 4 AM and there was none except me on the road. I had an half a kilometer walk and reached my home. Went in and I just got myself down and zzZ.Z...zzz.. When I woke up, it was 10.30 in the morning. I explained what all happened to all in my home and everyone's face was *_* *_*

I was lazy all day and did nothing. Just watched movie in my laptop and then music in my X6. Finally I said to myself "You have did nothing today and haven't also posted for past 6 days. Go on and tell about journey experience"

So What do you guys say? Its really a series of unfortunate events. Isn't it?

Log #3 06-04-2012

This is Raghav writing his log #3 in his personal blog. Its Friday and moreover itssssss Good Friday :) No College today. Everyone loves going to college. Not in case of my college. When it comes to Friday, what struck my mind was,

No offense Rebecca Black. I know how you feel. You should probably try "Its Monday!!! Monday!!" next time. I didn't have a sound sleep yesterday night. The first thing I did in this morning is opening my laptop and checking in all my social networks.

What I planned to do today was to complete my physics record which I didn't begin to write even the first experiment whereas half of my class already got their records corrected. However I didn't begin till now though. I dunno why I am always trying to procrastinate every things. I completely spent the day in my laptop and music. I registered .com domain for my Information Blog and almost went to hell and returned back while transferring the domain and still it shows some kind of error. I even searched for the error code in Google and it found no matching pages. OMG... A new error only for me :(

There was this powercut at 2 PM which was actually scheduled at 3PM by EB. Damn. I got no work, no power, no PC. My X6 gave company. Monster Purity Headphones on and played "3" songs. ZZzzzz..... I am on sleep.

Meanwhile, my mom came after half an hour and asked me "Why haven't you turned on the fan?" I shouted "No power". My mom came in and switched on the fan and informed that it came before 20mins and my face was :| :| *_* 0_o

Back Online. Still the domain transfer didn't get completed. After a while, I had some noodles and sat back on Twitter. Then while writing this post, I asked my friend over Facebook if we got any works for tomorrow. Then came the tragedy message. "Tomorrow is Technical English Unit Test" OMG.. I forgot that. Anyway I ain't gonna prepare for that.

Thus the day went so fast and its 9 PM. Thats the end of this log and Good Friday night Rebecca Black :D Please don't come as a nightmare today.

Log #2 05-04-2012

The day went awesome  really boring and moreover they was lab session today unlike the whole theory class as of yesterday. The same thing like yesterday many were speaking of the exam stuff. That sucks really. Maths mam kept the **** test again in the first class itself :| We tried to show up as if we were writing truly, Me keeping my notebook in my lap and writing in camouflage mode. As the bell rang, mam asked only those who had written all the problems. With no surprise, there was none. Without uttering a word, She went away. Oh.Man. All that efforts I made for writing was of no use.

Whats on everyone's mind was that the next class was ED!!!!!! This is really a surprise to all of us. She was on leave today and so do 12 other students in my section. The EC sir took the hour and he didn't care about what we were doing and simply wrote stuff on board. Next was Physics class. He informed that he will be handling two hours of lab session for theory and everyone face was *_*

We would have loved Physics if it had dealt with scifi stuff or something. Rather it went with equations, their derivations and some scientists whose names can't even get pronounced. All our joy went black in a minute and the bell rung for lunch hour. It was worse too as the Physics class.

We ended up in the class again and the first class in noon was Technical English. Our English Mam was the only coolest teacher in our class. We enjoyed the class and as the bell rang, it was like death bell. The Physics sir came in with his Toshiba laptop and a projector. He spent some time in setting it up and We saw " Microsoft Powerpoint 2007" on the screen, it looked like " Get ready to sleep folks"

Meanwhile he was showing up the presentation, We were dreaming.  Thank God. Some of the files were missing and he ended up 30minutes before. He started saying about his laptop and his old PC and We wanted to say "You are a Timex watch in a Digital Age". Don't presume he will look like Bruce Willis :D

Lab coats on. We went to Chemistry lab and We were free there and no teaching stuff. But ten minutes before the final bell rang came the tragedy. Chem mam gave our test papers that we wrote a couple of days which we didn't expect. Mine ended up with two times imposition. The Joy bell rang and we rushed to our buses. Its damn too hot this summer. There was a traffic jam as a vehicle flipped in the roadside.

After all this worst stuff, I came to home. There was power cut. ********** Today I had the series of unfortunate events. Tomorrow is holiday however. Cheers!!!

Log #1 04-04-12

I have started this log stuff to keep it as a memory to enjoy them in my future. Some memories get forgotten easily and some are everlasting. There is no joy without sharing and I wanted to share my day you. I'm a Computer Engineering student in morning and a Tech guy in the rest. I blog on Tech stuff and never shared my day with anyone else. I used to sit before my laptop and start blogging on Tech news everyday. I started my personal blog a couple of months ago and hardly spend time on it. And so I'm going share my day here.

This post marks the first post in this log. Today went pretty well. Everyone will get up with rejoice. Not in my case today. I was sick from last night and tried my best to wake up this morning. After having my breakfast, I went to the bus stop waiting for my college bus like everyday.

Entering the class few of my classmates were discussing on the Maths scheduled today and some doing their best to postpone it. I joined the latter team. Morning went well and afternoon came the parody. The first class in afternoon was Chemistry. *Argh* That Chemistry mam made us to write a test and some were keen on writing. I tried my best to write a story. The funny part was that she asked the boys trying to copy from others to sit at girls side. Some hated them while others made it on purpose ;)

After then came the Electrical circuitry class which went as usual. The last two classes were the most anticipated. Maths mam entering the classroom, We skimming over the notebook,etc,etc,.. As she writing the test questions on the board, We searched for the problem in the notebook. Out of three, one was not solved in notebook. All of us had the same feeling you are getting now. Writing the test, I reached that problem. I started solving them and the answer came as "Zero". Being nrevous, I heard someone calling me and it was my friend in my neighboring bench asking if the answer for the problem was "Zero". I was in cloud nine. Got the answer sheet corrected, I came back to my place and started the thing I mentioned before "SHARING" (actually the answers).

Nothing like that of the last class where you will have the full energy like the first class. It was Electronic Devices subject :\ and truly speaking none enjoyed the ED class. My friend got caught last day for sleeping :D in that class and did his best to stay awake. After we heard the bell, We rushed to our buses and started the routine thing- Sleeping zzZzzz....

Thats up for the first day. Visit tomorrow for log #2  :)

That Smile...

All of us have many friends and there will be one who is very close, who shares joy or sorrow and give a hand in any time. I did have one like the one mentioned above and he was like my brother. It was actually during my fifth standard and I can hardly remember anything except this one. During those, there will be none not watching Cartoon Network. We didn ot have PSP or XBOX those days and our only entertainment is CN. And the favorite is Pokemon. I used to watch them daily and never miss an episode. I do even remember the names now :-)

In my school, We used to have play period once a week during which we can do any work and there will be none to question us. My friend as I mentioned above and I used to play Pokemon game during that time. Those days were full of imagination stuff and we had that joy none can ever have. We will choose six pokemons for each in our mind and fight between one another by saying their attack names like thunderbolt , agility, flame thrower, etc,. We always played these games in imaginations and days passed by. I went to another city and lost contact with him.

A few years later from that time, a couple of weeks ago I was travelling in a bus to my Native town. I'm studying in college now. A guy entered the bus and sat in the front row. It was almost 10yrs since I've met him and that guy in the bus looked akin to him and I had a feeling that it was him. I asked myself whether was it him, if so, will he remember me and other crazy stuff.

Finally, I sat next to him. He looked at me as if I was a stranger and I realized that he had forgotten me. I didn't lose hope. I just looked at him and asked him "Pikachu or Squirtle? " And He gave that smile which I can never forget :-)
